DIY Liquid Castile Soap

I LOVE Castile soap!
Our brains have been programmed over the years to assume since there are no suds it must not be working! lol.  So I decided to try something I have been doing with those pesky "ends" of soap bars hanging out in the shower ( ya know the ones I'm talking about! The ones that are to small to do anything with!)

Some may feel that this is to LONG of a  process. I, however, love the end result. So it's worth it to me
:-) I love the fact that this is an all natural product and I can make it as thin or thick as I want it! It has many uses: Hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, facial soap! The possibilities are endless!!

OK So What do you need??!!I used Kirk's Original Coco Castile Soap Bars! LOVE LOVE LOVE this soap!

"Liquid" Castile Soap:I make a lot at a time. You can easily half this recipe if needed!

I "chunked up" 6 bars of soap. Sometimes I shred it but I tried it this way this time. Shredding it defiantly makes the "aging" process go faster. So it's your choice! My "chunking" looked like this!

Then I added water, just enough to cover the top of the soap.

From there I just continue to add water, over time, until it has reached it's desired consistency!

Like I said, you may not want to make as much as I did at one time. I have a big family! LOL

Stay Tuned for what you can do with this amazing soap, to help your family!
